Services include general notarial acts, real estate loan signings, RON closings, I9 verifications and field inspections. E-signing only is also available if you need to sign a document electronically without notarization. In-person or remote services available.

Meet the Owner

Katrina has been a traditional Public Notary for the state of Virginia since 2015 and an Electronic/Remote Online Notary since 2021. She is National Notary Association (NNA) Certified, Licensed & Background Screened and also a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. 

Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Christopher Newport University, and has over 20 years combined experience working in various areas of the healthcare, education, and customer service industries.

She is also a dynamic motivational speaker, and finds it extremely rewarding assisting people with reaching their goals and dreams. She is results-oriented and committed to seeking practical solutions to various challenges people face daily.
